Registration terms and conditions:

• REGISTRATION FEE US$ 80 = BRL 400
• The total amount will be charged in REAIS (BRL – Brazilian Currency) –  you will see the amount in BRL, corresponding to the total USD amount of your registration. There might be some discrepancy in the final total in your currency, as the exchange rate depends exclusively on the banks and credit card companies.
• Registration fees are collected via Credit Card, PayPal, Boleto (for Brazilians only), Pix (for Brazilians only), and wire transfer.
• International payment via credit card, is accepted only via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to proceed to the payment. You can use your regular credit card even if you do not have a PayPal Account.
• For onsite registrations, only cash, credit card or Pix (for Brazilians only) are accepted.
• The merchant name that would appear on your credit card statement would be “creacteve“.
• Participants who need to pay via wire transfer and require an invoice will be charged an additional US$ 20 fee to cover bank charges.
• All expenses must be borne by the delegate. If you are paying via wire transfer, intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.
• No badge will be given until full payment is received.
• Cancellation requests must be received by email at ihfrio-congress@creacteve.com.br and the following rates apply:
  • A full refund is only available if cancellation is made on or before 9 July 2024.
  • A partial refund is available for cancellations made between 10 July 2024 and 9 August 2024 (a US$50 administration fee will be withheld, and the balance will be returned).
  • No refund is available for cancellations made after 10 August 2024. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
• Refunds will be processed to your payment method within 10 days after receiving the written cancellation request. If payment was made via credit card, it may take a month for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
• If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized by that person to make the registration. You acknowledge and agree that both you and the person for whom you are making the registration will be bound by these terms and conditions.
• IHF and Creacteve Eventos are not responsible for any loss or damage because of a transfer, substitution, alteration and/or cancellation/postponement of the event. It shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this activity is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, act of god, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders the performance of this activity impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, extreme weather or other emergencies.
