We advise you to book accommodation as soon as possible, as availability is limited.
Hotel Atlantico Buzios
The Hotel Atlântico Buzios Convention is located in the town of Armação dos Búzios, 166 km from Rio de Janeiro. Situated on Armação Beach, and surrounded by a unique natural landscape.
With a privileged location, with exits to Orla Bardot, from the hotel you can easily reach Rua das Pedras and some of the city’s most charming beaches.
Hotel Rates – exclusive for BrazMedChem attendees:

Room rates include:
- Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant from 07h00 to 10h00
- Buffet Lunch served at the hotel restaurant from 12h00 to 15h00 (lunch is not included on the day of arrival at the hotel, but is included on departure day)
- Check in time at 14h00
- Check out time at NOON
Hotel information:
- Pool bar is opened from 10h00 to midnight
- Gym is opened from 09h00 to 21h00
- 01 child is free until 10 years old, staying in a double room with the parents
- Free parking for guests ONLY

- If you prefer to pay via wire transfer please email us at creacteve@creacteve.com.br – please note that a USD 25 fee will be added to your invoice, due to fees charged by Brazilian banks for international payments.

- You can pay in installments – the reservation must be fully paid until 30 days before the event (full payment until 20 Aug 2025) . If you wish to pay in installments, please send us an email at creacteve@creacteve.com.br and we will inform how to pay using this method. The booking is considered confirmed only after full payment.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be received by email to creacteve@creacteve.com.br and the following rates apply:
- A full refund is only available if cancellation is made on or before 20/03/2025 ( a fee of R$ 15,00 will be retained to cover Brazilian banks costs)
- A partial refund (50%) is available for cancellations made between 21/03/2025 and 20/08/2025 (a R$ 100 administration fee will be withheld, and the balance will be returned).
- No refund is available for cancellations made after 20 August 2025. However, you may transfer your registration to another attendee.
