Please read carefully the information below, before proceeding to your registration:

REGISTRATION BENEFITS

Registration includes:

• Attendance at the 3-day congress (Jul 09-11)
  • Access to all scientific sessions (regular and special)
  • Access to the daily plenary sessions
  • Lunch and coffee breaks
• One ticket to the Opening Reception (Jul 9)
• One ticket to the Gala Dinner (Jul 10)

REGISTRATION RATES

Costs in BRL (Brazilian Reais) and correspondent amount in USD (subjected to exchange rate variations)

Registration terms and conditions

• At least one author of an accepted paper must pay the registration fee. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid until Jun 1st.
• FULL registration – covers up to 02 papers
• STUDENT registration – covers a single paper

• Creacteve Eventos is the local Professional Congress Organizer, managing the registration process and is responsible for collecting the registration fees. You will receive a confirmation email after the payment is processed. If you need any particular receipt or invoice, please email creacteve@creacteve.com.br
• The total amount will be charged in Brazilian REAIS (BRL) – There might be some discrepancy in the final total in your currency, as the exchange rate depends exclusively on the banks and credit card companies.
• For onsite registrations, only cash, credit card or Pix (for Brazilians only) are accepted.
• The merchant name that would appear on your credit card statement will be “creacteve“.
• No refunds will be applied.
• A student attendee must provide a copy of his/her student ID or a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The document can be uploaded during registration process.

Payment Methods:

International Payments:

• All international credit card payments are handled via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete the payment process.
• If you prefer to pay via wire transfer please email us at creacteve@creacteve.com.br
• Participants who need to pay via wire transfer and require an invoice will be charged an additional US$ 25 fee to cover bank charges.
• Payments outside the regular process might incur in extra transaction fees, which will be the delegate’s responsibility.

• PIX

An email confirming the registration will be sent within 24h after payment is received.
