Groups from the same organization are entitled to special discounts. The discount will be applied in the total amount of the registrations with the following discounts:

Attendees who select Full registration (instead of a day registration) can purchase the following optional add-ons.

IHF Awards Gala Dinner  can be purchased even by a Day registration delegate.

Registration terms and conditions

• Creacteve Eventos is the local Professional Congress Organizer, managing the registration process and is responsible for collecting the registration fees. You will receive a confirmation receipt after the payment is processed. If you need any particular receipt or invoice, please email ihfrio-congress@creacteve.com.br
• Early bird registrations will be accepted until 28 June 2024. Afterwards, the regular rate will apply.
• The total amount will be charged in REAIS (BRL – Brazilian Currency) – at the end of the transaction, you will see the amount in BRL, corresponding to the total USD amount of your registration. There might be some discrepancy in the final total in your currency, as the exchange rate depends exclusively on the banks and credit card companies.
• Registration fees are collected via credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard), Boleto (for Brazilians only), Pix (for Brazilians only), and wire transfer.
• For onsite registrations, only cash, credit card or Pix (for Brazilians only) are accepted.
• The merchant name that would appear on your credit card statement would be “softaliza“.
• Participants who need to pay via wire transfer and require an invoice will be charged an additional US$ 20 fee to cover bank charges.
• All expenses must be borne by the delegate. If you are paying via wire transfer, intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.
• No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until full payment is received.
• No badge will be given until full payment is received.
• Cancellation requests must be received by email at ihfrio-congress@creacteve.com.brand the following rates apply:
  • A full refund is only available if cancellation is made on or before 9 July 2024.
  • A partial refund is available for cancellations made between 10 July 2024 and 9 August 2024 (a US$50 administration fee will be withheld, and the balance will be returned).
  • No refund is available for cancellations made after 10 August 2024. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
• Refunds will be processed to your payment method within 10 days after receiving the written cancellation request. If payment was made via credit card, it may take a month for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
• If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized by that person to make the registration. You acknowledge and agree that both you and the person for whom you are making the registration will be bound by these terms and conditions.
• IHF and Creacteve Eventos are not responsible for any loss or damage because of a transfer, substitution, alteration and/or cancellation/postponement of the event. It shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this Congress is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, act of god, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders the performance of this Congress impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, extreme weather or other emergencies.

VISA INFORMATION

Visas to enter Brazil are granted by the Brazilian consulates abroad. Citizens of countries that are members of the Mercosul do not require visas, only a valid passport or valid identity document are required.

Citizens travelling with passports from Australia, Canada and the United States visiting Brazil for tourism and business will be subject to visa requirements for entry into Brazilian territory starting from April 10th, 2024. These citizens can require e-Visas through the portal https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/.
